ill like to know any rating, advice and sugestions you guys have to be better looking in my case. Ill really dont know what to do. Start feeling stuck in this sub5 state. I only know i may need to bulk, but anything eles, any tips?

oops looked at the wrong part ur right g, but hyrdocortisone still doesnt have any effect on actual nose cartilage structure, only works on extracellular fluid. ur nose doesnt look too inflamed
