Short face syndrome. Although your front doesn’t look bad at all nothing like his front. The side looks kind of similar minus u chin mogging him.

You also have mentalis strain which can be caused by SFS or a recessed jaw/chin. The good news is you may not have to pay out of pocket especially if they see your airway is hindered and your bite is messed up.

You’d have to go to a maxillofacial surgeon and get a ct scan and they will run some formulas on it to confirm

Don’t think they will perform any procedures till you’re older since youre still growing. You may just be underdeveloped so wait and see at 18-20.
