When u hit a bone repeatedly around the same area and keep going, it creates a scar tissue there, and because of the scar tissue it makes the specific bone look a little more bigger than it usually was

That is in no way controlled though. You cannot reliably make the area look bigger for long periods of time by just smashing it. Any apparent increase is more likely inflammation or damaged tissue rather than permanent and symmetrical increase in bone or tissue
