Shave off your beard and mustache, and if you decide to grow them back, start using minoxidil so they grow in properly

get tanned, dye your hair a few shades darker, dye your brows a few shades darker than your hair, dye your lashes pitch black, and since you have acne and it will need some time to get rid of, you can use bb cream to make your skin smoother. Whiten your teeth if it's needed

Focus on clearing skin up and then tanning or tinted sunscreen. Dye your eyebrows one shade darker. and wear clothes that match color of your eyes.
