How to atrophy buccinator??

I used to have hollow cheeks at 16 and around 13% bodyfat but then I steroidmaxxed and gained lots of muscle and my buccinator muscle got huge as well, now I have a very chubby looking face which is actually all muscle, I did a pinch test and there was basically no fat and could feel huge chunks of muscle flexing, im currently about 10% bf. Anyone who had same problem was able to shrink their buccinator??

The muscle is located directly under the cheekbone and beside/infront of the masseter, covering the area that should have been hollow

It's just fat or bloat. Unless you're intentionally putting it under tension it won't noticeably grow

It's not fat because I pinched another friends cheeks and it felt different to what I had, mine is muscle 100% since i could flex it while I'm holding my cheeks + it's hard and not soft like fat. Def not bloat cuz I diet hard
