How to avoid AI side effects

Basically I want to hop on letrozole for growth plates and the test boost, I’m not on any other supplements or drugs right now, but I do a shit ton of sports and don’t want the joint pain or the less bone density, what should I do

wont boost test beacuse of hormonal imbalance if you are natty, might boost in the first days idk how it works exactly but im talking logical, also the bone density you might just catch up in the future , im on anastrozole which might be better beacuse letrozole is riskier

It inhibits the aromatase enyzme which sorta regulates the production of sex hormones, and when you remove this brake/regulator whatever you’d like to call it your testicles work at an higher rate=more testosterone
