I am wondering how to avoid being bullied just in case I do in the future. I need to know the ways other than being a chad / looking masculine / (looks basically). Wtf do I say, I don’t want to fight anyone. This can happen in school and I don’t want to get suspended..

In the workplace you can just tell them to piss off. If not, just be stealth. I went to school where 1 fight = expelled. And some kid messed with me, you know what I did? When he was pissing in the urinal I just kicked him in his back. Just do shit that he can't prove but he knows you did it

You can tell a kid to stand up to his bullies but realistically unless he has the size, strength and/or fighting ability to make a fight competitive then it's not going to do him much good. And he likely doesn't have those things or else he wouldn't have been a bullying target in the first place.

A weak frail kid challenging his bully to a fight and getting beat up in front of the whole school could arguably do more damage to his reputation and further make him an object of ridicule, than if he just endured the verbal taunting and did nothing.

Basically you need to take martial arts classes with sparring and do some sort of resistance training even as a kid (body weight if too young to gym max) and at least give yourself a chance to make a fight competitive so guys will go for easier targets.
