This is not like a niche thing.
If you run a cycle, and are using testosterone and/or a DHT derivative, then sebaceous gland activity will increase (higher DHT => more sebum production).
5ARi can prevent conversion of testosterone to DHT which will help but if you are using a DHT derivative then a 5ARi will be obsolete, which is why you will need to use isotretinoin to reduce gene expression of lipids in the liver which will reduce sebum production regardless of DHT levels.
I shouldn't have mentioned RU-58841 specifically for collagen, since it's more applicable to hair, but again if you are using a DHT derivative, a 5ARi will be obsolete, you can apply a topical anti-androgen to your face/hair to avoid balding and the impact on your skin associated with gear use.

It’s a win win. Anabolism won’t help your voice, but why wouldn’t you use compounds that are more androgenic than DHT, like MENT or Tren, whilst also getting the anabolic benefits, unlike with DHT. You have essentially replaced DHT with something that is stronger in both aspects.

Test 400 every 4-5 days
Hgh 6iu
Ai if needed

Continue hgh for 4-6 months

Then i’ll either cruise or pct depending on how i like my physique results
