How do I avoid conversations.Every single day when Im walking to school there’s some normie that tries to have a conversation/small talk with me first they talk about themself and im just forced to put a smile and nod and then they start asking me questions and I just get a wave of anxiety like nigga it’s 7 in the morning leave me alone.

Change your personality. Become more cold, in a way. It sounds corny asf but is the only way trust me
