How to avoid cutting inferior lacrimal duct during medial canthus cutting

Just ordered a scalpel for medial canthus cutting

My eyes are +5 degrees tilt already but want to be +9

how do i avoid hitting the inferior lacrimal duct as i want to cut on a 45 degree andle so rather steep

obviously m not pressing the blafde right in im only cutting down the epidermis and missing the dermis via cat scratches of pressure

hitting a duct is the only thing im scared of

i lip cut and have been doing so for months so don't think im js copying thein lol

4-5 looks so un noticable because i have a little bit of lateral canthus darkening which wont fucking go either going for a 2 mm cut or finding a fucking way to fix this
