How to avoid gay glow on tret and ghk cu?

I have been on topical tret for quite some time and I have accumulated a bit of the cellophane glow.

I will be also hopping on ghk cu soon, will the glow grom ghk cu and tret be too much?
How to avoid it? Should I use tret less times per week? I don't want to look oiled up
