How to avoid gpap machine and secure the bimax?

Im interested in getting bimax as my side profile is fucked and im fairly certain i could have sleep apnea as a good health reason for surgery. Im afraid of them saying u have sleep apnea heres your gpap machine use this the rest of your life when all i want is the surgery. Will this happen?
