First of all, this is not for alopecia cels. So if you one hop on finasteride and minox nigga, ain’t nothing else to do for you
Now that that’s it’s out of the way
Shit is pretty simple
-Get argan oil
-Put a few drops all over your hair 1 hour before washing it
-This should make your hair maneagable to comb and well hydrated along with a healthier scalp
It acts as a conditioner but I found it works way better for my hair
I already did this 6 times, 5/6 I saw less breakage when I combed it into curtains and much less shedding the following days
Dry brittle hair=easy breakage/hair loss
The only time it didn’t work was when I decided to also apply the oil after washing my hair. Apparently this is counterproductive for MY hair since too much oil clogs the pores in the scalp causing hair loss
Not sure if other type of oil might give you the same results but might as well try
