How tf we can avoid it only things i know is
Food to avoid:
Dairy products
Inflammatory products: Sugar , Wheat in anyform, TransFat(like sunflower oil,vegetable oil), Fried food, Fast Food
Alchool
Seeds (dont fucking eat seeds are anti nutrient as well)
Meat from big shops like walmart (buy from a farmer)
Garlic (have phyoestrogens)
Any soy food shit
Nuts
Foods to eat:
Ginger,Turmeric,Fenugreek,Ashwagandha,Kale, Liver,Onion, Wheat Protein, Low Carb diet, Anti inflammatory foods, Green tea, polyphenols , Avocado, Red meat, Bull meat(best meat ever) , eggs, salmon, tuna.
Vegetable from farmers not from store
What to do:
-Go in sun 30 minutes a day at least, do fasting weekly (no it wont destroy ur collagen), do red light therapy, derminator 2 weekly - after apply vitamin c made serum at home to avoid estrogen shit in cosmetic product , natural cleanser/moisturizer without any toxic shit, Tazorac everyother day. Ghk-cu is the best thing for hair/skin. Drink like 1 gallon water a day.
-Get in fights, Take Aromasin as a teen, Take 5 iu HGH, Workout, Sleepmaxx, Dont do drugs like weed (cause it will raise estrogen) Inject TRT, Do MMA classes, go to military, take trace minerals/k2 supplement take other vitamins from food. Cryotherapy (cold showers-sauna)
