You need to get custom malar implants.

I got mine from Dr. Y with wraparound jaw. You have to get a design that looks natural on your face. You can't swap the same cheekbones onto everyone's face, it won't harmonize. Very angular ones like @curlyheadjames above wouldn't fit on some phenos. Depends

This guy got a wraparound jaw implant + cheekbone implants. He looked way more masculine before, and way better in my opinion, he looks like a faggot now.

Did he just naturally have low cheek bones so the implant filled out his cheeks more giving him a feminine look? Would somebody with higher cheekbones ascend from the same procedure?

I want to get either filler or small implants on my zygos one day, but if it will look like this then maybe not.

He probably got a part of the implant into the submalar region, for one.

Secondly, his after looks better. "hollowness" is autism. He objectively looks YOUNGER in the after. Which is IMO the BETTER effect than having super defined cheekbones ON HIS FACE.

Yea tbh I think its his crappy hair and skin that messes the whole thing up. Like what sticks out to more are those things AND 1) his lips seem to be a bit much and 2) his eyes may be TOO aggressive looking (or hes just squinting).
