All respect to @Win200 , he got so much procedures done, recently he removed some of his implants I'm pretty sure to give his face a more natural look.

I absolutely want to hardmax however I want to avoid this sort of look

Anyone aware what causes this plastic look? Is it overdoing skincare? too much teeth whitening? Botox? Correct me if I'm wrong im pretty sure he didnt have botox done.

He is now looking a lot more natural imo and is looking better. Dont get me wrong, he still looked very good before,

So what differentiates the look above from the pillow face? Its a multiple amount of factors

Skin imperfections, (natural tanning) , lips are natural, 0 procedures done to them. The bulbous nasal tip is very very small, so the smile doesnt look akward and looks natural. There is hair at the back of the head, giving illusion of volume behind of the back of the head, to present appearance of a big skull naturally (even if you got plastic surgery done). Emphasis on the chin, the chin is more fowardly projected.

This guy looks gay and plastic because he is gay and plastic. It's mostly extensive skincare/botox and eyebrows and uneven misc.

true, but i havent ever seen someone ascend and get a lot of procedures done and not look this way. I dont think they purposefully go for this look. The skinscare is a massive reason tho

But i do think its part to do with bones, cuz the smile looks off as fuck

AFAIK it’s usually excessive filler/botox or sometimes silicone implants that do this, that’s why you see Beckie’s and faggots tend to have this look, while PSLers who opt for smarter implant materials and conservative fillers dont

Always remember, be excessive when it comes to operating on hard tissues and conservative when it comes to operating on soft tissues

Probably the silicon implants then, they can look shiny especially when overdone and implants overall can make a weird uncanny shape that doesn’t occur in nature if they aren’t designed well (Eppley is known for this)

Aging of skin only looks acceptable on men if there’s a good underlying scaffolding of bone to prop up and stretch all the skin taut, without bones you will get agepilled by 30 because male beauty lies in bones

Soft tissue is like skin fat cartilage hard tissue is bone, doing surgeries on soft tissue has a much higher botch rate and is riskier bc it’s usually a band aid for a problem with the skull and we don’t have techniques that look as natural, the best ascensions oat come from men who have genetically good soft tissue but just do osteotomies or small implants to fix skeletal issues

I've seen this one before but this is LTN to HTN, has anyone ever like actually ascended to chad or some diabolical look, thats achievable mainly thru implants?

Trimax always looks natty, but is there anyway to make implants do that? I wanna be a walking morph

Idk, it’s hard for implants to look 100% natural, maybe nocturnalkent androgenic salludon I think some of them used filler too

@Prøphet i think this look is caused by an emphasis on the chin overall, the chin is so fucking understated, a well projected chin can give the appearance of less fat under the chin, also being lean as fuck is super important.

A really good projected chin, without the gap between the lower lip and chin is law.

The main part of the guys ascension is the lower third

that + getting lean as fuck is super important.

I will probably get an extra ML done here, for that look.

I think visible ogee curve + very fowardly projected chin is basically what makes this look.

excessive volume here makes it look unnatural, maybe it really is just a bodyfat thing,
