How to balance school and studying with gym/leanmaxxing?

My grades are kind of shit and I've got exams soon so I need to start studying, but then at the same time I want to get ripped for the summer. The problem is when I get home im really tired and then studying on top of that makes me even more tired and then I just go to bed as I don't have the energy to work out.

What should I do? If anyone was in the same situation, what was your experience like?
 
It depends. Why do you want to get ripped?
 
9 hours for sleep
8 hours for school
2 hours to study/hw
2 hours to make money
1 hour for food/self-care/bathroom
1 hour for gym/caliesthenics/cardio
1 hour for your friends/gf/etc

How much better would your life be with better grades?

Answer that, then divide your time accordingly, prioritizing whichever one you think will give you the best life style/happiness.

You don't need a routine--just prioritize the things you value.
