Quick guide on how to be a good liar.
To be a good liar you'll need imagination, creativity and know how to manipulate people
I've made up so many lies on the moment, by example when i got caught smoking by my dad or when i had trouble at school.
You cant make yourself the victim of the story if youre trying to lie to get your way out of it.
You can act like the victim but if youre trying to find a way to avoid the consequences then youre not the victim.
Heres an example on when i got caught smoking at school :
I had a pack of cigarette and smoking in a specific staircase ( it was like not fully closed and there was little holes in the walls ( the staircase was outside ) ), when a teacher saw me from all the way down ( i was 2 stories above ) and i thought she couldnt see my face, the next day she saw me and told me to come with her and asked my name and said "go", then i was scared she would send a message to my dad so i ADMITTED that i was smoking to my dad, but not that it was not my first time. I said : "Dad, i made a mistake, at school i found cigarettes in a locker ( in my school there's alot of unused lockers and people put stuff there or whatever and theyre opened ) and just wanted to try, i hated it it burned my throat (to act like i was new to it ) i know its bad and im sorry..." etc.. My dad is cool so he just was like "Be careful with that dont do it again blah blah"
This is just an example, u cant get away with the same excuses as other people because the people they know dont act the same as the people you know.
Learn how people act and observe them
You need to listen what people talk about, how they express themselves, their relationships, how they treat you, how they treat other people.
By example like how i did with my dad, the thing is i know he's supportive
You wont always need this ; this is ONLY useful if you know the person because you can make your lies make them feel certain emotions to make your way out of possible consequences
Mix real truth into the lie.
If most of what you say is actually true or stuff people can check, they wont even think to doubt the small fake part. like if youre somewhere you severe shouldnt be, dont lie about where you were, just lie about what happened while you were there. it makes you sound natural because you arent trying to make up a whole fictional location or timeline in your head.
Never over explain yourself
Guilt makes people yap way too much. when people start making up endless details that nobody asked for, it immediately looks suspicious. just give one or two simple sentences and stop talking.
Let them ask if they want to know more, but if you rush to explain everything at once you wont be able to cover up everything.
Match the emotion people expect to see.
If youre lying about why you missed something or why your phone was off, dont act super polite or overly calm, act slightly annoyed or embarrassed like any normal person would be in that spot.
People judge if youre telling the truth by how you react, so if your behavior matches what they expect, they wont question the story.
Never tell a lie that takes way too much effort
If youre lying about something that you cant cover up easily, not worth the risk. keep it simple
Last thing, NEVER and i say NEVER lie if your lie is fucking ass, the person u lied to will not trust you anymore and youll get even more consequences because u got caught lying
