How to be as nt as i can with aspergers

I have the lowest inhib in the world but im not nt and i cant keep a conversation going for more than 15-20 mins how can i get better at this

With my ex i was talking for hours and hours every day it just feels weird if im talking to a girl for less than an hour that day and i start to assume she lost interest

The last time i dated was we talked a lot for a couple weeks than we started talking for about 15 mins a day and i started to overthink and i fucked it up was i wrong
