How to be debloated most days of the week?

My facial fluid retention fluctuates so much, some days im giga bloated, other days im normal and for like 3 days every 2 weeks ill be debloated and actually look good. I know its not fat cause A im lean and B it literally changes by the day, what can cause this? The funny thing is a lot of the times i'm debloated I would have been eating shit for days. I've tried all the cope diets like keto, whole foods, low inflammatory, gluten free, high potassium low sodium high water, etc but nothing works consistently. I'm also a wideskullcel so bloat effects me a lot. Is there some specific trigger or environmental factor causing ts? I've used furosemide and it works well but I want to be debloated consistently

The diets like keto and stuff are a load of nonsense i went through the same path myself always being bloated. It comes down to diet purely, same healthy food, daily at the same time, reta would also probably help

There are days where all I eat is refined carbs and sugar and be debloated the next day and other days where ive been eating clean for a while and still bloated. Also the muscles in your face barely hold on to water so that "1g of glucose there will be 3g of water stored" claim wont matter much.

By that logic wouldnt creatine also bloat your face cause it retains water? And you need glycogen for keeping muscle
You can get glucose from protein via gluconeogensis, without bloating from glucose
 
Low bf with bones or using a diuretic
