thats normal and happens to most, happened to me before, but its all good fuck those guys, if they switch up then they were never your real friends in the first place so be happy you found out. atleast ur not a rich kid that people only keep around because of the money

ik this is water but just try and surround urself with good people that u share interests with by going outside more and joining clubs and doing sports
also go to the gym trust me

Have a good social circle, eat animal-based, and have an ideal circadian rhythm, while working on a couple of side hobbies (could be related to ur studies/work or not, doesn't matter)

Buprupione, its not a drug in the illicit sense but its an anti depressant, it stops your brain from taking back used dopamine so youll have constanmore dopamine and norepinephrine, its a great mood lifter without a lot of sides, just sweating pretty much so you wont get the horribke aides that ssri's give, i use it and id classify it as a miracle drug, i feel happier, more focused, colors look vivid, im enegized and ovr feel amazing and i was never even depressed to begin with, this will very likely help your academics rather than the opposite
