How do i get humble and keep my ego in check, and remember im not just asking this in the regards of looks but everything. Ego is something that i struggle with a lot, how do i handle it and keep it in check? It's like it interferes w my daily life on such a big level and disturbs my mind so much. if a guy is good at something and brags about it, noone will want to admit that hes good. but if he doesnt brag and just do the thing, people will start pointing out his skill. ive seen it countless times first hand

I mean the part where if u lose, like if im playing some game im bound to lose someday, that pill is very hard for me to swallow and my brain keeps on replaying it in my head, i just simply cannot accept that unless i win originally like i was "supposed" to or any other good thing happens, until then my brain won't function normally
