I dont know if I am a bad person tbh. But I know that I always act badly to people, the only people I am kind to are a complete strangers. Thats it, idk what else to say.

A week ago, I was out and there were also some female friends, and there is one that I ragebait and she ragebaits me, but I started saying so horrible things seriously, it felt terrible.

What can I do to be kind? just act kind all of the time until it becomes normal?

Yeah, you probably fake it until you make it; you can find some kind things to do on the internet or just use AI. Or you can look into Christianity. I consume this kind of content and even without like making a decision to be more kind some things just become more intuitive. But saying bad things to girls could be also some kind of coping mechanism, like you making jokes with a girl makes you vulnerable, which you dont want or some shit like that.
