It really is that mentality of believing you're inferior which is holding you back. I get it coming from someone who struggles with this myself, the years of negative reinforcement has lead me to kind of become recluse.

i know how you feel so what i did was to copy the body language and demeanor of an actor in a show personally i do jesse pinkman but you can choose just don’t fully replace who you actually are just do it to make up for the awkward trait
