For short term:
  • Benzos
  • Alcohol
  • Pregab/phenibut
  • Opiates
  • All other gabaergics and depressants(mostly)
  • Coke

Long term:
  • Ssri's/other antidepressants and antipsychotics(not guaranteed)
  • Some spiritual or philosophical belief
  • Major stressfull/tragic event that happens in ur life rhat changes ur perception
