you just gotta get more experience talking to ppl. I was once a yesman too, but now I am not. Legit just talk to people and begin to disagree. people don't care if you disagree and you're more dependable if you can give someone the honest truth. To be honest though, the quickest way to build your confidence is to cold approach women and men. Or starting small talk between people you see on the street. It's as simple as that really.

I do all these but its very surface level and casual and too friendly. I need to be more polarizing.
