If you're uneasy speaking to other people or get shy, watch real v-loggs that aren't fakely hyped up. watch people that interact with others naturally and see how they phrase their thoughts and how they entertain and talk to others.

once you got a feeling on what NTers say but are still too shy to talk to strangers try discord channels, force yourself to talk to others, let them give you feedback if you anger them and don't know what could have upset them.

next level is omegle, talk with strangers that talk the way you want to talk. cool kids, what ever. talk to them, read facial expressions and learn how to lead and follow a normal conversation. if it gets to cringe or hard for you, you can just skip them, relax, calm down your nerves and forget about the total stranger you'll never see again before you search for a new person to talk to.

end game is talking to strangers till you get the hang of it.

But I challenge you to explain this: How come my younger sibling has no autism but I do? Keep in mind, this is living with the same parents, upbringing and household. Also keep in mind I grew up playing sports, and did not spend all day inside.

My younger sibiling is completely nerotypical and I'm not. That is what makes me think its genetic even without a DNA test

When I was very young (under 9yo) I would hit kids in sports lol.

You can learn social skills as someone explained here, and you can use "social lubricants" such as alcohol and weed, although you may just become a verbosity hyper autismo if you don't have things to talk about, like whatever sportsball is fashionable in your area, and whatever is trendy among the normies in your area and age group, fortnite perhaps? If you are "weak" better not do drugs though.

Maybe you could contemplate the radical notion of associating with like minded individuals, although, learning how to behave among normies and CONTROL THEM is a useful skill. Normies are by definition herd animals and thus easily manipulable, if anything make them feel inferior (because they trully are) and not the other way around.
