Tell the truth 99% of the time. Then when you have that credibility, you can lie easily and people will believe you.
You can use this to boost your status or gain the ability to control how your percieved by others, remember they dont know about your life story, they dont know if you were a chad or got bullied when you were young. For example if you tell a girl a truthful story that is somewhat embarrassing, it will show your truthful and will help make her empathetic towards you. Then you can lie to her and say something like “you know some asian girl just asked for my snap on my break”. As long as you keep these lies infrequent then they will be more believable.
