Train legs.. everyone knows training legs stimulates hormone release which increases testosterone. I would recommend Dorian Yates the six-time mr Olympia’s leg workout.
Since I’ve started this regime I have increased my test levels by 80%, my bone mass has increased, I now have a full beard, and my penis has grown another 2 inches. This is truly the only way to ascend so don’t listen to anyone else.
1. Leg Extensions (Pre-Exhaust Quads)
- 2 warm-up sets: 15 reps
- 1 working set: 10–12 reps to failure
2. Leg Press
- 2 warm-up sets: 12 reps
- 1 working set: 10–12 reps to failure
3. Hack Squats or Smith Machine Squats
- 1 warm-up set: 10 reps
- 1 working set: 10–12 reps to failure
4. Seated Leg Curls
- 1 warm-up set: 10 reps
- 1 working set: 10–12 reps to failure
5. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts (Hamstrings/Glutes)
- 1 warm-up set: 10 reps
- 1 working set: 10–12 reps to failure
6. Standing Calf Raises or Calf Press on Leg Press
- 1 warm-up set: 10 reps
- 3 working sets: Rest-pause style to failure (rest 10–15 seconds between mini-sets)
7. Seated Calf Raises
- 1 working set: 6–8 reps to failure
