You need to go through a life-changing experience, something that will force you to become a bad boy or break you in the process - like going to prison for example: go to the toughest, roughest prison in a third world country for a few years and if you survive, you'll be a completely different person!
You could for example go to Mexico, Brazil or some other shithole, break intentionally the law there to be imprisoned and if you return alive you will be a changed man.
