Im 15m and I struggle w talking with people especially when trying to communicate thoughts and tell stories. It gets worse when I try to make eye contact or like try to hold a conversation with girls I like. Anyone have any tips to fix this issue.

Maybe join discord vc’s of your favorite game or just the in game vc

I remember i used to be so high inhib I couldnt speak in voice chat my heart would be pounding and racing

But maybe thats a start because you won’t ever see them irl or like ever again probably.

Be yourself and don’t try to hard to be funny or expressive or whatever but practice would let it come naturally
