If you are someone who suffers with procrastination or lazzyness, there is a very simple way that you can overcome it. Im pretty shit at writing guides so im just going to lay the information out with nothing fancy.

Its important to realize how screens and other things effect your dopamine, when your overstimulated, doing hard work isnt entertaining enough so you get into a cycle of just jerking off or watching youtube or whatever. The good thing is is that your dopamine receptors get close to fully resetting ever time you sleep. Thus, its very important that when you wakeup you have a good routine that gets you working while your dopamine receptors are still intact. This doesnt mean you can use screens at all, but you must save it for later in the day once your work is done and now theres no need for your brain to be less stimulated.

So, its very important for this protocol to be done when you wakeup, it would be hard to enter a good focus state once your brain is already overstimulated for the day.

So, to be super productive for a day, you need to:

1. Get 8 hours of sleep
2. Get out of bed as soon as you wakeup.
3. Immediatly begin doing small tasks (tidying room, making bed, doing dishes, taking care of house chores) - this gets you focused and prevents you from distractions
4. Do an excersise that will elevate your heart rate for atleast 30 mins (run, or work out most likely)
5. Consume caffeine, adderall, or some other drug that is meant to keep you alert and wired.
6. As soon as you have worked out, had a good breakfest, and taken care of small tasks, you must immediatly write out a plan on paper of everything you need to get done before you go to sleep, and then begin working on it.
7. If you suffer with distraction a lot, I recomended playing brown noise or other simple audios on youtube or spotify to give your brian something to focus on when your getting distracted instead of wandering off.
8. Begin working and check off things as you complete them, do not take breaks on your phone or consuming any screens. Radio and books are ok.

You will be able to get an insane amount done, its also important to go to bed around 10 to 11 at the latest, as even if you are still getting 8 hours of sleep, going to bed later and waking up later provides lower quality sleep.

It takes two weeks for your brain to form habits. But u can feel the difference in just a single day waking up and not immedietly getting on your phone

Sounds like water but good guide because this is incredibly important if ur ND (because of severe executive dysfunction)
You need to stabilise your mental state, ensure that you are never idle for too long and that you maintain constant momentum because you will lose a lot of time as soon as you run out

this whole premise hinges on an artificial boost, imo. adderall is a crutch, not a foundation. real productivity, the limitless kind, comes from optimizing ur own biology and environment, not chemically overriding it. the "meatheads" are onto something with cardio and clearing the mind; it's about endogenous dopamines and sustained energy, not a crash waiting to happen.

Take melatonin, get lots of excercise, take a warm shower, and practice meditating in bed for a bit. Go to bed early as well.

Melatonin works, but it makes me weak and groggy the next day, even after a full night's sleep.

The only thing that works somewhat is getting exercise.... but only cardio. If I do weights, it actually makes insomnia much worse.
