i’m 178 at 13 and my lower third of my face is ass my mid ratio is not so good chin slightly recessed people say that i’m attractive but i just don’t see it in mirror i’m gonna get palatal expander + damon braces this summer if i have good lips nose my facial harmony not so bad ig i just can’t see that i am attractive in mirror how can i improve lower third and middle face

eat a good diet, sleep well, low stress and you should be good for now

dht + igf1 maxx and live ur life that's all you can do, your facial bones are most likely already fused together so a palate expander most likely won't do shit but correcting your teeth is good i guess
