How To Become Pale?

I’m Filipino, and I’m literally olive dude. I tried dying my hair to ashy brown, and hey—I guess that kind of helped, but people still won’t consider me as pale like other races.

I’m thinking about bleaching my skin, but there are tons of after effects. I’m too much of a wimp to tank it all up and face the consequences of bleaching afterwards.

Any tips?
