How to become white passing as an ethnic?

Some say "tan and become exotic" but tbh unless quite good looking that ain't gonna work that well. Ideally u want good skin texture with radiant glow, white passing skin colour and undertones as well as features combined with good ethnic features. How can we try to achieve this? For context I'm a Turkish deathnik

I already have red and pink undertones, though not that visible, yet my skin still looks pretty ethnic. Beside my features and skin colour, idk what's holding me back from looking more white passing. I've Been guessed Turkish, Greek, Italian, Lebanese, Persian and indian
