its your choice to do what you want im just letting you know the correct option and im not here to convince you
Dude Im open to trying it but Im just asking if there are any studies or evidence backing raw food diets

if you want the reason its good its cause it digests better and has more nutrients however even without that information i would still be eating raw food because eating raw food makes sense for a human to do.

PMID: 22063975

"All vitamins decreased during cooking, with thiamine showing the highest losses, from 73% up to 100%. In conclusion, the cooking and trimming of meat cuts considerably affected the nutrients in various ways and to different degrees, which should be taken into account when the nutrient intakes of meat are estimated."

in terms of digestion i am not gonna stoop down to the point of finding a study to prove this. Eat 500g of cooked meat then eat 500g of undercooked (middle still cold)/raw meat. you will feel the cooked meat in your stomach for hours however the raw meat will feel like nothing.

this is also seen easily with eggs. I used to eat 10 cooked eggs every morning and felts bloated but now i eat it almost raw - shortly boiled (only the white is slightly cooked) its a liquid type of consistency with some white pieces and i literally can eat as much as i want and dont feel it in my stomach
For how much u boil the eggs ?

how do you trust eggs from supermarket? Or you get them from safe sources?
id just research whatever brand im buying them from and make sure it says on the carton they are free range

boiled eggs are so much easier to get down than any other cooked option but raw is always on top
