Any good threads on fixing body language? My body language is non nt and I dont know how to walk normally

one time i was walking and my body start to shake and got hard for no reason but the huzz liked it

One time as a freshman someone recorded me walking and posted it and all the huzz laughed

tbh i feel like the more u go walk outside the better it gets
