How often should i bonesmash? what bones should i target and hit? When should i bonesmash? Should I bonesmash after a gym lift?

You should bonesmash using a shotgun barrel and face it toward the root of your nose and pull the fucking trigger.

bonesmashing is cope buddy, it only causes minor inflamaton with way bigger drawbacks

it can lead to brain damage and bone damage so dont do it

just focus on lifting and eating all your macro/micro nutrients and getting lots of cardio :ogre:

Its a major back and forth argument and i dont know what to believe, ive been bonesmashing for a couple months on and off and ive seen slight progress in my facial bonemass but it also might be from me debloating slightly/ losing bf

losing bf is the best way to see your bones and get a good look at what your working with :feelsgood:

Im asking how often should i bonesmash? what bones should i target and hit? When should i bonesmash? Should I bonesmash after a gym lift? i feel like i already have a good idea on what to do whilst bonesmashing but just feel like i need confirmation from some people on here
