like boxers you are getting brain damage by getting hit in the face (CTE). Atleast if you're bonesmashing hard enough and frequently enough.

what is CTE:

CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy) is a progressive brain disease caused by repeated head injuries, often seen in athletes and military personnel.:

  • Causes: Repeated concussions or sub-concussive blows.
  • Symptoms: Memory loss, confusion, aggression, depression, anxiety, and dementia.
  • Treatment: No cure

This is also why especially combat sport atheletes gets various brain diseases

examples: (muhammed ali & Oj simpson)

(this is probably why Oj was so violent)

even soccer players get CTE by heading the ball

evidence of soccer players getting CTE

HOW DO WE BONESMASH WITHOUT GETTING CTE?

we want to rub the desired area with a hard object ( i use my knuckle)
  • while it might sound like it dosent cause the microfractures we want, it does, you just need to press hard enough. (try it for urself, it fucking hurts)
  • combat athletes use this method to condition their shins as shown in link below

    shin conditioning

    EASIER

  • its alot easier and takes less time to get the bone sore.
  • easier to use on orbitals n shi

i have personally seen gains from this method after doing it some time now.

Density will increase, but will the bone experience hypertrophy? Do said athletes have large protrusions after years of muay thai conditioning? I think bonesmashing will only lead to scar tissue formation.

I linked a study on my WBVT thread that bone smashing has evidence of increasing bone density, decreasing bone resorption and aiding bone growth but DOES NOT seem to cause bone protrusion. This was just from one singular study.

My WBVT method can stimulate these effects throughout the body and on the muscle and nerve cells for increase recovery, increased bone density and increased strength.

Muay Thai conditioning would only lead to hypertrophy in the rare case of a direct blow to the chin in sparring, a small part of their overall training, also the force is distributed over the entire chin rather than in very localized pin sized areas

it better be over later than now

idgaf what you say about it it works for me so i'll keep doing it
