Can anybody tell me how exactly and when to bonesmash safely? I want growth in zygos and chin. Infras and ramus too but the other 2 are more important imo

Lay down and put your head on a pillow so it observes the impact so you dont get brain damage then hit the points you want be careful so you dont hit next to your eyes best results with taking smth or during puberty
