Ive been in the community for a while now and haven't really interacted much until now so ive seen different opinions on bonesmashing and ive come to the conclusion that i have to atleast try and gain results from it. My only issue is that im not entirely sure on how to do it nor can i find much helpful info about it. My main issue is my recessed infras which causes me to constantly look tired and malnourished. So if you have any info on how to bs then i would be pleased if you could share it.

BS doesn't thicken your bones, Wolff's Law is total cope.
The only way BS works is by building up fibrosis under the skin over a period of time, which makes the bone appear thicker (that is the only way BS can work).I would recommend doing...

Also when u do it, make sure to use vaseline after and u could also use ice to stimulate the bloodflow.
