how to break a weight loss plateau?

lost 15 lbs, but now have been stuck at 85-85.9 kg for weeks for some insane reason, how do you break this plateau?

Eat at your maintenance calories for a 1-1.5 weeks then drop your calories by 200 from what you were initially eating before this period. Additionally you may choose to also add in extra cardio to burn more calories.

This is called a refeed and is done often in the later stages of a cutting phase since losing fat is harder the leaner you get due to your body thinking it’s starving and trying to hold onto what’s left of its fat storages.

Progress from this point on will slow down and not be as smooth or easy as it initially was, as long as your average weight over a week goes down don’t worry about any daily deviations in weight change. Repeat this method if you encounter another plateau.
