How to bring up facepuller to MSE ortho

Have consult for MSE soon, I want them to modify the appliance like Newaz did so I can facepull.

OFC im not gonna tell them it's purely aesthetic, but what are some excuses for facepulling? (I basically need ways it benefits your health)
