in some countries/places it's much easier than others.
Age-group, also can matter alot for it. Especially on how, friendships are build. When i was young, it was just chilling and doing fun shit, that was buidling friendships. As an old fucker now, I notice it gets build more around similar goals/acheivements one helps each other with, and spend time that way that build some form of friendships. the doing dumb shit route, of hos young people buold friendships, is more fun in essence though I recall.
but it should be do-able almost anywhere.
