How to build aesthetic body at home starting from skinny fat

15 years old, 5’11 3/4, 150 pounds
No gym available, need an aesthetic body by august, this is very time sensitive
Looking for workout plan, in terms of diet I just eat what my parents make me, consists of lots of steak, chicken and pasta. I also eat 1 egg with bagel, cheese, and salmon daily as well as a couple homemade cookies I take with me when I leave after breakfast occasionally alongside a bag of chips. I also eat 1 orange and a couple other vegetables per day (eg: half a cucumber, a couple carrots etc)

Get some weights and look for a good upper/lower or ppl split with free weights. Do your sets to failure and track your reps and weights so you can progress with each workout

Skinny fat means u have shit hormones
Slight calorie deficit high protein diet to get off the fat then bulk with healthy foods.

I don’t have weights available, looking to stick to body weight exercises like pushups and dips

Makes it harder to isolate some muscles but you can definitely build a good physique with calisthenics as well. If you can afford it, consider some dumbbells they make things a lot easier

Ok, could you construct a small plan for me to achieve my goal by august using only calisthenics? Only upper body, lower body is taken care of since I play football

Sorry man if you'd do weights i could send you my upper workouts but I dont really wanna create a plan rn. Just look online or ask chatgpt (thats what i did) and make sure it targets all important muscles

You only have two options

Either cut and be skeleton mode for a bit before you can build some muscle and be ripped

Or bulk, gain muscle and be fat for a bit then cut and be ripped.

I prefer one, but some people don't want to look like a hungry skeleton for a year. I think it's better than looking fat for a year and a half tho. Plus once your lean, when you start building muscle you will see it much better and will look better shirtless despite looking skinny in clothes. This can add motivation when you start to get ripped and see yourself when your body starts building muscle.

Lastly, as a begginer, you don't really need to "cut cut". You just need to eat a bit less, eat a lot of protein and workout hard and you will lose fat, and because you're new, you can build muscle at the same time. So as you cut, you will be gaining a good amount of muscle due to begginer gains, and you won't have to go full skeleton mode. You just slowly lose fat and build muscle. You can build 20 lbs of muscle your first year if you do it right. So if you do it right, you can actually skip skeleton mode (or at least be less skeleton mode) or skip being fat (as a begginer you can build muscle without putting on fat, and if done right, even losing fat). People just recommend a bulk or cut cause it's easier and helps you get to a specific spot quicker. But I'd start eating healthier and a bit less, and lifting like a mad man and seeing where you look in 6 months
