No gym available, need an aesthetic body by august, this is very time sensitive
Looking for workout plan, in terms of diet I just eat what my parents make me, consists of lots of steak, chicken and pasta. I also eat 1 egg with bagel, cheese, and salmon daily as well as a couple homemade cookies I take with me when I leave after breakfast occasionally alongside a bag of chips. I also eat 1 orange and a couple other vegetables per day (eg: half a cucumber, a couple carrots etc)
