High intensity or hreavy weights?
I can't google this because 99% are jews with there magic "8 weeks to 8pack" programs

hanging leg raises 4 sets 12 reps ,bar toe touches 4 sets 6 reps and 15 secs 4 sets L sit

Weight and resistance training. I would do planks if you have no equipment.
 
Consistent overload in the 15-20 rep range and around 12 sets per week. Cable crunches and hanging leg raises are both very good exercises.
 
Just be low bodyfat.
