Hey, I feel like ever since I embarked in my looks journey a few months ago I made myself a solid 7,5 but I still feel like a fat nerd inside. How to actually view myself as someone good and have the confidence to talk to girls?

talk to girls in games to get used to talking to them without feeling like a chud or add random girls on snap that dont go to your school so theres no risk of embarrassment if they clown you or you get rejected in any way or just straight up blocked
