right on. all this talk about caloric windows and I don't know what is basically a waste of time, the difference is miniscule. As long as you consume the energy, it will be stored and used to build muscle or adipose tissue. be it 6 meals a day or 1eat 1 high caloric meal it doesnt really matter how many times a day you eat you just have to hit ur macros and calories
You need calorie surplus to build muscle and you have to increase time under tension with enough weight (it doesn't have to be progressive overload since that's for strengthening)so im eating one meal a day and im working out to lifting weights how to build muscle while eating little
Exactly. Meal timing is utterly irrelevant if you otherwise have high energy levels sufficient for weightlifting.Just consume enough calories, protein and the other macronutrients you need. Its not difficult, its not complex, just have a meal that is large enough to meet the criteria to build muscle.
