so im eating one meal a day and im working out to lifting weights how to build muscle while eating little

Just make the 1 meal 6,000 calories.

eat 1 high caloric meal it doesnt really matter how many times a day you eat you just have to hit ur macros and calories

right on. all this talk about caloric windows and I don't know what is basically a waste of time, the difference is miniscule. As long as you consume the energy, it will be stored and used to build muscle or adipose tissue. be it 6 meals a day or 1

you need to starve for like 8 hrs before you lift. 8 hrs starvation when awake will cause your body to compensate by producing more testosterone which will give you more energy. and the production peaks at around 10hrs so make sure to complete your routine until then aafter that you will began fatiguing a lot. i have tested this myself

no brah you need to fukin EAT if you lift hard... do pre and post workout feeding...OMAD and fasting is for fat fags...doesnt help you if you bodybuild...you need a shit ton of calories and carbs and no fasting bs lol

Intermittent fasting is a retarded concept that was made popular by Gregory O Gallagher (aka Kinobody).

You need calorie surplus to build muscle and you have to increase time under tension with enough weight (it doesn't have to be progressive overload since that's for strengthening)


You have to make sure that your meal is over 1800 calories since that's how many calories your body burns automatically
 
Just consume enough calories, protein and the other macronutrients you need. Its not difficult, its not complex, just have a meal that is large enough to meet the criteria to build muscle.

Exactly. Meal timing is utterly irrelevant if you otherwise have high energy levels sufficient for weightlifting.

As long as you are in a caloric surplus and get enough protein (1.5-2g of protein per 1lb of body mass) you will build muscle lifting hard. Doesn't matter if you get those calories from one big meal or 6 small meals.

Beginners may even get away with cutting and building some mass (also known as "noob gains") where the missing energy gets taken from your fat reserves. Though you need to be eating a high amount of protein too (preferably closer to 1g of protein per lb of body mass).
