in my country some pharmacies produce medicine packages themselves: they buy pure powder, put it in capsules, fill a jar with pills and stick a label on the jar. the label is usually hand-written or made with paint
So I took an empty jar, wrote the label with paint and sticked on the jar. Finally I went to the pharmacist and told her "my mom went out of theese pills and needs a new ones". The price I put on the label was much higher than the actual one and this made the pharmacist pretty suspicious, but she sold me the tamoxifen anyway.
