So I basically need to send someone crypto but as far as I know I cant buy BTC in germany. If someone know how to bypass this pls let me know

get exodus wallet , use third party processor like moonpay , ask ur parents to do the kyc tell them its for investing. Then add your own card for payment and buy btc

Go to one of those sites where you can buy bitcoin or crypto locally with cash from someone in the area.
